I have returned to the Arma 2 mod till such a time that I feel I will enjoy Dayz Standalone again. There are usually vendors who will sell you things using that servers currency, vehicles, guns, etc. It is far more visually pleasing than the Arma 2 mod.Īrma 3 mod is neat in that it combines parts of both mod and standalone, but your experience is going to vary wildly on the server you choose. It takes more of a survival aspect and you will really grow attached to your character and gear because it takes so long to find what you are looking for. Play this if you want easy access to guns and vehicles.ĭayz Standalone is a completely different player experience. There are a ton of other mods other than vanilla, but not near the pop. There are not a ton of full pop servers, but there are always at least 4 or 5 full ones when I am on.
